Children's Fishing Derby

The Children's Fishing Derby is a free event for all area children. The derby is held in June at Pleasant View Park.

Community Fireworks Display

This community fireworks display is held on July 4th and attracts thousands of visitors from across the River Valley.

KidFest

This annual event is held in partnership with MainStreet Russellville during FallFest on the last Saturday of October. This free event is open to all area children.

Trout Day

The Russellville Parks Department, the Caddis Fly Fishing Club and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission host this annual trout fishing event. The event is held at Pleasant View Park where the pond is stocked with trout. This event is for all ages. A fishing license and trout stamp are required for persons 16 years of age or older. A basic trout fishing clinic is held during the week prior to the event.

Christmas Parade


RUSSELLVILLE CHRISTMAS PARADE


The Russellville Christmas Parade is held on the first Thursday in the month of December at 6:30pm. The rainout date is the following Monday. The entry deadline is at noon on the Monday prior to the event. Due to time constraints, entries will not be accepted past this time.
